Katja Stuke, Eleven to Liverpool Street, 2012

This book presents large video portraits, taken during a bus journey in London in April 2009 on line 11 from World’s End to Liverpool Street Station. In the first part of the book we see – from the point of view of the surveillance camera – pedestrians and bankers, and in the second part of the book – from the point of view of the face-to-face – portraits of (masked) demonstrators who stopped the traffic in the City of London with their protests against the G20 summit.
