Start from one and multiply. MONOPORZIONI, the book of recipes and essays designed with Cozinha Nomade, an experimental and social inclusion atelier, is based on this simple concept.
MONOPORZIONI is a cookbook that is not just for cooking. It consists of 14 short stories and 16 recipes designed and written for one person.
It explores the link between food, connection and loneliness during the pandemic, highlighting how the act of cooking can become a ritual of sharing even when physically distant.
The Smart Co.cooking idea is an innovative proposal that has allowed many people to share a common moment while being in different locations. Through these video calls, the experience is not only culinary, but also becomes an opportunity for introspection and discovery of one’s connection with food and others.
The intervention of experts in various fields, including anthropology, design and social innovation, adds a theoretical dimension that enriches the significance of this type of initiative.
