At the centre of this new body of images is a reflection on identity transformations and liminal conditions.
The photographer worked on the borders of Europe where thousands of people seek the possibility of a new life; he made portraits during therapeutic hypnosis sessions; he participated in some rituals of possession that take place in the countries around the Gulf of Guinea.
The pictures included in this book alternate a social approach with an introspective one, working together to build a timeless narrative.
