Emanuele Camerini e Chiara Ruberti, The Passenger Ship, 2024

The Passenger Ship is a project by Emanuele Camerini and Chiara Ruberti, published in November 2024 by RVM HUB, in the series “The Stories of History,” with a short story by Emiliano Dominici and a narrative report by Valerio Millefoglie.

It deals with the story of the Moby Prince. It is a huge puzzle, made up of many small pieces: some have been lost, others have been hidden, and still others buried for years under piles of minutes and testimonies. It is also a forgotten story, superficially dismissed by the official narrative constructed in the immediacy of the events and removed from the memory of many. It remains etched, however, in that of the relatives of the 140 victims, and of those who, like us, believe that the truth must be sought and its trace preserved.
