BOOK-SKETCH! Cultìna, workshop of editing and editorial design DIY mode, with Chiara Capodici

The goal of the workshop is to give shape to a first book maquette, starting with selecting and sequencing images and moving on to their relationship within the page.At participants’ disposal will be a xerox printer for rehearsing, large tables and all the necessary working materials, including-for the more enterprising-needle and thread to make a first binding.

To participate:
We ask for a brief presentation of your project and a folder with, in low resolution the images or material you intend to work with divided into a first and second selection

What you needed for the workshop:
A first digital print of the images of one’s project (10 cm long side, minimum 30 images maximum 60) One or more books that contain interesting features to explain your project to the other participants. If we get to a good level of formalization of the project, your own computer with indesign installed.
