This book brings together three photographic series by Cesare Ballardini, taken at different times between 2010 and 2022, and a narrative by Veronica Lanconelli.

Ballardini’s photographs speak softly yet clearly of the landscape of Emilia Romagna, and are pervaded by a constant theme of visual tension and affection for the world around him.
