“One Bed, Two Blankets, Seventy-Six Rules,” artist couple Sabine Hess and Nicolas Polli navigate the uncharted waters of living together for the first time. Previously tethered by the challenges of a long-distance relationship, this endeavor documents their trial of cohabitation through a lens that is both experimental and whimsical. The project serves as a playful exploration of the norms and perceptions that shape their understanding of a “relationship,” allowing them the creative liberty to forge an intimate narrative.
