In Trophy and Treasure, Francesco Neri (Faenza, 1982) tells the story of his father, a hospital doctor with a passion for hunting. The book opens with the images taken in the grandparents’ house; the familiar atmospheres alternate with images of landscape and nature and in turn leave the room for still life and portraits, in a composition that restores the visual imagery of the author. The publication contains a conversation between Gabriele Conrath-Scholl, director of the Photographische Sammlung / SK Stiftung Kultur in Cologne, who supported the creation of the book and the author.
