Raphaël Dallaporta, CHAUVET PONT-D’ARC, L’INAPPROPRIABLE, 2016

The Chauvet Caves, place of the oldest prehistoric art in the world,a unique place in the world that allows entry only to scientists and recently even to a small number of artists including Raphaël Dallaporta, who was invited by the French State to photograph the cave.
Inspired by the work of architect Richard Buckminster Fuller, Dallaporta wanted to represent this masterpiece in a 360º perspective, offering us a unique view of the cave paintings but also of the splendid creations modeled by the water. This is an intelligent work that skillfully combines science, technique and artistic creation
