Tutto casher is an artistic project dedicated to Roman Jewish cuisine. Kosher is a term used to describe a food that meets the standards of traditional Jewish law.

Kosher is more than just a word or form of food security, it is about reverence and adherence to the religious tradition. The artist transforms this term into a play on words, through the title of the exhibition, Alles kosher, which in German means it’s all right.
